The location is really breathtaking! The place is clean and tidy and very comfortably furnished. The complex is safe, clean and very quiet. WiFi and fans and aircon make the heat a little more bearable, but the view from the balcony definitely makes it worth it. The kitchen is fully equipped and super comfortable to cook for yourself.
One word for our stay is perfect! We had an amazing and peaceful time at Sands Beach Break. We loved the quietness in the complex, the beautiful views, and the breeze of the ocean.

It was our first time in Umdloti and we couldn't have chosen a better spot. Great views of the beach and the ocean. Sandra was available to us whenever we needed her. Only negative is that if you want to get to beach you have to drive to it as it is too dangerous to walk there.

I recommend the Cascaeds, it is located in beautiful scenery close to restaurants, shops etc. Popular holiday spots within a stone's throw from Umdloti viz. Umhlangha, Ballito and airport. I would just like to see the place cleaned on a daily basis if the customer required it! I didn't have a problem and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The scenery wonderful! Thank you very much!

Beautiful little unit for 2 people. The unit is comfortably equipped and has everything you need. Clean and neat. The sea view is wonderful and we were lucky enough to see dolphins the one day. It's a pity the unit is far from the beach. You have to drive to the beach. The monkeys are also a bit of a problem. Umdloti also has a water shortage. Our water was cut off at certain times. The times were reasonable.
Lovely place in peaceful surroundings. One problem ─ the monkeys! Recommendation: Install guards in front of all windows that open, even the two bathroom windows. The monkeys have an amazing ability to force open windows and get in, and you can't always keep the windows closed when it's hot. Otherwise very much enjoyed.
We watched the whales daily from the balcony. Definitely a highlight! Very clean and tidy. Definitely a winner for a weekend getaway or even a relaxing holiday!
The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. We really enjoyed the beautiful view and privacy of the balcony. The bed was already very tired and mushy and needs to be replaced. The sofa in the living room is incredibly hard and one cannot sit comfortably on it. Although the place had everything we needed, it was very small and we felt a bit cramped (but we are used to a lot of space at our house). The blue monkeys are very troublesome, so you just have to keep the doors and windows closed and watch all the time when they are open. Security is very friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and I can recommend it.
I can fully recommend Sans Place Umdloti. The unit is neat and clean and has all the amenities you could possibly need - even insecticide if the bugs bother you. Air conditioning, DStv, automatic washing machine in safe. Tastefully decorated. Beautiful panoramic sea view for miles. Conveniently close to the beach and business district, yet you feel like you're on your own island. Neat gardens and regular visits from the monkeys. Friendly staff on the grounds. We didn't want to come home.

Our arrival at Sans Place was comfortable and the place was very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony over the sea is fantastic and one can well experience and appreciate the sound of the sea's waves. The place surprised us with all the kitchen accessories that were available. It made it a lot easier to be able to make food that we wanted. Even just being able to sit on the balcony in the evenings and have a little barbecue was excellent. There was a full DStv package which allowed us to enjoy programs we wanted to follow as well. Not far at all to the beach or to shops and eateries that are right on the beach. Definitely value for money.
